    Unexpected Surprise at Breakfast

    The breakfast buffet was a good start to each day, with a variety of both local and international dishes that never failed to impress. Staff were friendly.

    I did face some issues with the WiFi connectivity in my room was nice. A bit frustrating, but overall manageable.

    Nice base for discovering Beijing with very helpful and top-class staff with the service at the Kerry. Early check-in, parking in the hotel. Cool wines and beers in the wine bar, free parking place. Central location, just a pleasant stroll away from a beautifully landscaped park.

    We enjoyed our stay in a Club King Room, and the views from the 18th-floor lounge made our meals truly special. The indoor pool and relaxation area were perfect for unwinding after a busy day exploring the city. Only minor hiccup was that a couple of reception staff seemed a bit aloof, but it didn’t ruin our fantastic experience. 😊

    Heavy re-construction inside the hotel probably until September 2011.Wouldn't stay there again until it is finished.

    Packed with surprises, Good and Bad

    The location was superb, with access to the bustling CBD, shopping, and nearby parks. The wellness center and fitness facilities were really good too, offering fantastic services to unwind.

    The breakfast area tended to be overcrowded, and the long wait mixed with high expectations left me disappointed during peak hours. The room I stayed in felt quite outdated for the price.

    great stay with minor improvements needed

    The room was spacious and impeccably clean . The bathroom layout was excellent with a designated shower and tub area. I particularly enjoyed the city view from my room. It added a nice touch to my stay.

    The pillows had a strange smell, slightly affecting my comfort overall.

    Thank you for the wonderful stay. Unique hotel, breakfast is outstanding and the rooms are well-maintained, ideal location by taxi or Line 1 of the Metro which is a couple of blocks away. The wine bar is executive, loved this place;)))

    I had a fantastic stay! The Club lounge was really good with friendly staff like Tingfei, and the food selection during breakfast was just good. the room photos didn't quite match the actual decor, which was slightly different but still nice. I would definitely choose this place again!

    Perfect for a solo traveler

    The fitness center is HUGE! Never felt crowded, always got to work out! And the staff were just friendly, after a few days, they really got to know me and said hello when I walked by.

    It wasn't exactly cheap, but it was still acceptable.
